Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours of notice if they are unable to make it to an appointment. If a 24 hour notice is not given for a cancellation, it will count as a No Show and the following measures will be applied accordingly.An additional charge of $20 will be applied to the next scheduled service for a first no show. An additional charge of $50 will be applied to the next scheduled service for a second no show.
A $100 non-refundable deposit and consultation prior to the session is required on specified chemical services. The deposit will be deducted from the full service price at the time of appointment. Minimum of 5 days is required to notify of cancellation or change of appointment time for chemical services.

It was my 1st time going to that salon and although I was a bit nervous about getting a haircut by a someone new, Foru was so welcoming and knew exactly what my hair needed before I could finish explaining. She has such lovely energy and so did everyone else who was working there that day, including the receptionist. I was happy with my hair trim and I also love the ambiance of the place.
