Cancellation/No Show Policy
Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours of notice if they are unable to make it to an appointment. If a 24 hour notice is not given for a cancellation, it will count as a No Show and the following measures will be applied accordingly.An additional charge of $20 will be applied to the next scheduled service for a first no show. An additional charge of $50 will be applied to the next scheduled service for a second no show.
